Easy to use
1. docInfo installs conveniently into the Lotus Notes toolbar so that it's always there when you need it. To activate docInfo, simply click on the docInfo toolbar icon.
2. docInfo opens to display the Fields tab. docInfo automatically uses the document that is currently open, or the document that is currently selected in the open view.
The Fields tab displays a table of the fields in the current document. For each field, the table displays:
Field Name
Field Type
Readers (R) - whether or not the field is a Readers field.
Authors (A) - whether or not the field is an Authors field.
Size - the size of the item.
You can sort the columns in ascending or descending order. eg Sort by field type
The right hand window pane displays the full contents of the currently selected field.
Some or all of the field value can be easily copied to the clipboard for further use.
3. The Info tab provides quick access to important document-level and database-level information.
All values on the document tab can be easily copied to the clipboard for use in LotusScript code or Formula language.
