Ethann Castell
Ethann Castell is the General Manager of Caliton Innovations. He has been working with Lotus Notes and Domino since 1995 and has completed a wide variety of projects, including project managing Lotus Notes projects and programming in the Lotus C API , and encompassing just about everything in between.
Ethann has an MBA from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management in Sydney Australia. He has multiple Lotus and IBM product certifications (Lotus Notes and Websphere) and is also a member of MENSA.
Ethann has previously served as a committee member of WALNUT (Sydney Lotus Notes group) and is currently a member of the global Lotus Certification Advisory board. He has co-authored one IBM redbook and has produced several articles for leading industry publication "The View".
In his spare time, Ethann enjoys travelling and has visited approximately 30 countries so far. He is a passionate rugby union supporter and also enjoys reading, cycling, bushwalking and philosophy.

Michael Little
Michael Little is the Technical Manager. He has been involved with Lotus technology since 1995. His expertise includes software architecture, application performance and software development process improvement.
Before getting involved in Lotus Notes, Michael spent many years developing simulation software for the Australian Navy. Michael has several Lotus Notes qualifications and has authored articles for "The View". Away from work,
Michael’s hobbies include reading, music, and photography.

Louisa Finney
Louisa Finney is an expert in finance and accounting. She has a B. Com from Queensland University, is a practising chartered accountant and a registered Tax agent. Louisa is currently studying for a second degree in Archaeology.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading and music.
